Yet, negotiation is a critical leadership skill. This course is designed for women in the environmental profession who want to develop their negotiation skills. The course emphasizes the gender dimension of negotiations and provides tools that women, in particular, need to be better negotiators.
This course is suitable for a wide variety of professionals including environmental risk managers, EPA personnel, regulators and/or media stakeholders, pubic involvement agencies, remedial project managers, installation environmental program managers, technical experts, engineers, scientists, health and safety personnel, natural resource personnel, environmental planners, public affairs officers, attorneys, and others who are called upon to negotiate regularly or occasionally.
