National Environmental Policy Act

NWETC's National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) courses cover the fundamental principles of NEPA and dive into advanced applications for professionals.   These classes will help you understand the procedural requirements of the NEPA process including Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments/Findings of No Significant Impact (EAs/FONSIs), and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs).  These classes will also assist you in determining the scope and content of NEPA documents, preparing an adequate cumulative impacts analysis, and integrating NEPA with CEQA,SEPA or other laws.
