Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead/Stormwater

What is Stormwater? Why CESCL?

Rain and snow melt - runs across the surfaces and enters various conveyance systems discharging to waters of the State.  Most construction projects in WA and OR require a certified inspector (CESCL) for the project to comply with State Stormwater Regulations.  This goal is to prevent and minimize turbid water, pH laden water, and polluted water from entering waters of the State.
