• Since this is a fully online course, you must have reliable HIGH-SPEED internet connection to access the material. We recommend headphones/speakers as well for the best experience.
After payment, registrants will receive login instructions within one business day of verification of payment.Attendees will receive a .pdf of the course workbook containing workshop proceedings and reference material.

This course recertifies you for 3-years for Construction Stormwater Certification valid in both Washington (CESCL) and Oregon (1200C).

Note: This online recertification is valid to recertify in Washington and Oregon. This CESCL certification course is recognized as meeting the training and certification requirements of the General Permit, and BMP C160 Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) in Washington State Department of Ecology’s stormwater management manuals for Eastern and Western Washington. The Construction Stormwater General Permit requires that site inspections be conducted by a CESCL.
