In this one-day session, attendees will gain an understanding of how to recognize situations that can lead to difficult interactions with co-workers and stakeholders, and how to navigate them with sensitivity and respect when they do arise. Through lecture and activities, participants will gain experience putting the strategies and techniques presented into practice, allowing them to immediately make use of the new skills.
