Become familiar with the key elements of Washington's Model Toxics Control Act with NWETC's MTCA courses.  These series of courses provide a real world, applied examination of MTCA, including its administrative requirements and associated cleanup standards.  These courses offer attendees an opportunity to review and discuss new model remedies for petroleum-contaminated sites and to learn about 3- and 4-phase models, cross media protection pathways, and the implementation of new guidance issued by WADOE.
